PAROLE IN PLACE FOR SPOUSES OF U.S. CITIZENS

Legal Advice

What is Parole in Place for Spouses of U.S. Citizens?

Parole in Place for Spouses of U.S. Citizens (PIP) is a discretionary relief provided by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that allows noncitizens who are eligible to apply for lawful permanent residence based on their marriage to a U.S. citizen. Parole In Place is designed to support eligible spouses of U.S. citizens by alleviating the stress and uncertainty that the immigration process can cause and their families.

Through Parole in Place, the individual will NOT need to leave the U.S. if parole is granted, thus avoiding the long and expensive and scary process of filing for a waiver and completing the immigration process in his or her home country.

Attorney Calderon has a proven track record of success in Parole in Place cases.
